Animal Regulations

The Town of Kippens have adopted Animal Control Regulations. Dogs and Cats are required to have a license and the license fee is $5.00 per animal. License may be picked up at the town office during normal business hours.

Every owner of a dog and/or cat within the Town shall keep such animal(s) safely tethered or penned up at all times except under the control of a person capable of controlling it or within confines of the Dog Park.
