The Town of Kippens is bound by the Public Procurement Act for the procurement of goods and services as well as the Municipalities Act for the disposal of assets to ensure all purchases and sales are competitive, open and transparent and available to all bidders.
Bids must be submitted before the Submission Deadline to the Submission Location, using one of the submission methods specified in the Open Call for Bids for this purpose. Bids that are submitted by mail, personal delivery or courier must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Open Call for Bids reference number. The envelope should also indicate the Bidder’s name and the Bidder’s return address. BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THAT TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED OR OPENED.
